Dear Lorenza,
Just a note to say "thank you" to you and your staff for
all you did to make our holiday with you so very
enjoyable.
When we are back at work in rainy Manchester we will
remember having our afternoon drink on your lovely
terrace garden!!!
Your hotel was excellent in every way and we will
