Thank you Lorenza for your assistance in helping us
confirm our bookings in our next hotel as we travelled
Italy, as well as the staffs help to confirm our passports
safety. (which we accidently left behind in Roma :-( )
Your English language skills were very welcomed as was
your genuine desire to help. If we had only one place in
Italy to visit again, it would be Siena and our stay would
be at Hotel Santa Caterina. We also travelled to Rome,
Florence and Venice and could find no better
accomodations and service. I must mention the very
nice lady that served us breakfast on the two days we
stayed - she was delightful and truly a proud Tuscan,
who seemed to enjoy answering our questions about the
area.
